  1. How do I track my order? An email will be sent confirming your order has left out warehouse, your tracking information will also be included in this email.

  2. I have not received my order, where is it? Bike Mob is ran by only 2 dudes and things are a little backed up on our end. With social distancing only 1 of us is in the warehouse to pack orders, ship orders and handle customer service. Rest assured, we’re working hard to deliver your order as soon as possible, while caring for the health and safety of our small mob. We expect most orders to ship in the next 1-3 weeks.

  3. I emailed customer service, how long will it take them to respond? It can take our customer service representatives up to 2-4 business days to respond to inquiries.

  4. Is Bike Mob clothing true to size? We work hard to ensure our clothes are a true fit. Should you be unsure, we recommend you select your usual size for zip up hoodies and shirts; for pull over hoodies size up for a loose fit and true to size for fitted. For more information about sizes, you can check the size guide on each product page.

  5. What Payment methods does Bike Mob accept? Our checkout is managed by Shopify. We accept all major credit and debit cards as well as PayPal.
